  I have made an appointment two weeks ago and once I arrived the the lady at the front basically asked me what style of wedding gown was I looking for and because I didn't know the lady basically told me that I have no time to cater to you all day so take a look around figure out what you would like and come back to me. Literally making me feel aweful about not knowing and killing any kind of excitement I have of finding my wedding gown. I was in shock and so was my mother at her response and we basically walked in the store and I quickly wanted to leave as I felt terrible that someone would have such bad customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
